I retain the right to repost the finished piece for self-promotion with due credit to the commissioner when applicable. I reserve the right to issue takedown notices of edited versions of the art should the client violate my Terms, or if I feel my Moral Right to an image had been compromised. Payment:
PayPal is the only acceptable form of payment. The client is required to pay up front. No exception. I am willing to discuss payment plans. Clients who do not pay their commission within 24 hours of ordering the commission, the commission will be cancelled and their slot in the queue. Refunds:
Art is non refundable once it is completed. In the case of a full refund, the client will not receive any artwork and only the refund. This is because the Client will be refunded in full. I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund at any given time, for any given reason. The client is allowed to do the same. |
As the Client:
Clients/Commissioners may repost their commissions with my permission on to the following websites: -Tumblr -DeviantArt -Weasyl Visible credit must be given to the artist (myself) when reposted to the websites on the list above. "Client" refers to the person whom sends the payment. The client retains all rights to their characters. I do not claim to any character I am asked to depict by a client, unless the character depicted is my own. The client may use my art as reference for another artist. The client may not pay, trade services, or barter with another artist to edit the piece in any manner. I do not allow any other artist to edit my work without my permission. Clients needing any edits or changes to a commission, feel free to contact me. However, there may be a small "editing" fee, unless the edit is to remedy a mistake made by myself. The client may cancel the commission at any time. I will issue a refund for work not completed. |
Communication:
E-mail is my preferred method of communication. (My correspondence e-mail is [email protected])
The client is expected to be clear and concise with what they want in the commissioned piece.
Avoid linking to galleries: - image references narrowed down to a single character is preferred. (Couples also apply, but with two characters instead of one)
Deadlines must be given with at least two weeks notice!
A client whom remains unresponsive for one week without warning will have their commission cancelled and refunded. (If you are going to be away/unresponsive for a long amount of time, please let me know before hand. I will be more than happy to work with you.)

Commissions can be streamed if requested by the client. The commissioner and I may work out a stream time privately, and the client may choose to have the stream publicly or privately.
Streams are no extra charge.
Commissioners are expected to point out any errors in the commission during the stream via the chat box.
Changes are best implemented during the SKETCH phase of the drawing. If the client would like a change to the commission any time after the SKETCH phases, there will be an extra fee added to the commission.
